In case of a last minute emergency departure
A number of partners have aircraft and crew members on standby–in some instances we may have to bring the aircraft to your city for a departure. Allow from 4-6 hours for flights within the USA. For overseas flights this may take longer. For example one of our aircraft is on standby at the San Diego Airport:
- After you approve your quote and complete the Charter Agreement the aircraft will depart from San Diego to meet you at any city. This includes Las Vegas, John Wayne, Bob Hope and Santa Barbara. Your charter price will be based on your charter hours. Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and other fees will be fully detailed in your charter agreement for review and your prior approvals.
- One of our Air Concierge Team members will update you on your flight schedule and assist you with ground transportation services to the Private Airport Lounge (FBO)
- Special Arrangements for catering services will include your preference for special beverages, snacks and custom crafted sandwiches by our Partners at the Panera Bakery or Whole Foods Market.
- We will be delighted to take care of any special requests you may have, yes we welcome your Pets.
